As part of our fact-finding tour, the TegraIC management team visited HighTech Campus Eindhoven (HTC), an ecosystem that truly lives up to its reputation as “the smartest square kilometer in Europe.”
We were amazed by HTC’s vibrant facilities and innovation-driven community, hosting ~300 companies, 12,500 people, and over €1 billion in private R&D investment annually. Its focus areas—Sustainable Energy & Storage, Health & Vitality, Smart Environments & Connectivity, Applied Intelligence, and Software & Platforms—highlight the campus’s cutting-edge approach to innovation.
HTC is home to global giants such as ASML, NXP Semiconductors, Analog Devices, ams OSRAM, KEYENCE CORPORATION, STMicroelectronics, Teledyne DALSA, Texas Instruments, Philips, Signify, and more. Additionally, it houses leading Innovation Hubs like the AI Innovation Center, HighTechXL, 5G Hub Eindhoven, and Vitality Hub, which provide world-class collaboration and growth opportunities. With 200 annual events and a community representing 100+ nationalities, HTC is truly a global innovation hub.
