Our journey is rooted in empowering technology-driven enterprises by offering a distinctive blend of business development expertise, ecosystem integration, and localized support. TBNL has positioned itself as a trusted partner, delivering comprehensive services to industries that are deeply inter-related, including Semiconductors, Sustainable Energy & Storage, E-Mobility, Aerospace & Aviation, Software & Platforms, and Smart Environments & Connectivity (IoT). Key Milestones

- October 2023: The idea for TBNL was conceived, and initial planning began. Preliminary meetings were held with professionals and companies in the existing network, along with customer interviews and surveys, to explore opportunities and refine the business plan.
- March 2024: TBNL is officially established by Özgür Şakar, offering specialized business development services for high-tech companies entering the Dutch market.
- April 2024: Secured our first Business Development Service Agreement with TegraIC, an IC Design House, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to supporting innovative technology companies.
- June 2024: Sehun Arıkan joined TBNL, bringing an extensive network and a rich portfolio in the aviation, maritime, and automotive sectors, further strengthening TBNL’s capabilities and expanding our market reach to the Benelux region.
- August 2024: Expanded into the DACH market with a focus on the renewable energy sector, facilitated by Sinan Bubik’s participation as the third partner.
- September 2024: Established our first strategic alliances with Berg Technology and Consultancy GmbH, our inaugural partner, marking the beginning of a collaborative network of key partners across Europe to enhance our service delivery.
- January 2025: We began building a team of experts to strengthen our service offerings. Aylin Akça Okan became the first member of this team, specializing in Grant Applications to support our clients in securing funding for their innovative projects.
